TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PERSONALISED / INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
• Payments should be made in advance, before or at the time of booking a personalised lesson.
• Students are not compensated for lessons that they do not attend UNLESS they are cancelled 24 hours in advance. Cancelled lessons should be rescheduled for another day / time.
• After payment, lessons are valid for 1 or 2 months depending on the package acquired.
• Personalised lessons for 2 or more students:
Our rates are calculated according to the number of students that have lessons together. If one or more students cancel a lesson, the rate will be recalculated according to the number of students present.
• Payments can be made at our reception desk before 8.00pm in cash. Alternatively, you can pay by direct debit or bank transfer to Bank Identification Number (NIB) 0033.0000.0298.0005.839.04 – Setlíngua, Lda. Please send confirmation of your transfer to our email address (ilssetubal@gmail.com) with details of your name and the account holder’s name if it is different to yours.
• The recommended course books are compulsory and are available at ils. Students should also bring a notebook to each lesson.
• ils reserves the right to change the number of hours or the timetable of personalised lessons when necessary.
• Our discounts and protocols do not apply to personalised lessons.
• A text message is sent the day before your lesson as a reminder. If you don´t receive a message it does not imply that the lesson has been cancelled. Individual lessons are booked, confirmed, and cancelled by reception and/or the student and the text message is merely a reminder.
• Please keep your contact details updated. If there are any changes to your telephone number or email address, please let reception know.
• We are closed on the following days:

• Noise should be kept to a minimum while entering and leaving the classroom so as not to disturb other lessons taking place.
• The use of mobile phones in the classroom is not permitted. In case of emergency family members can contact reception on Tel. 265227934 or 911031950 / 966314491.
• Food and drink (except water) are not permitted in the classroom.
